Client benchmarks: what the Engine scores for every account
The flagship stats above are the company's receipts. These are the client's. Every account gets one primary benchmark per Impact it hired us to move, always measured against a control, never against last month's mood. The Impact Engine scores each benchmark on its cadence and returns the same call every time: invest more, hold, or reallocate.
Impact · Shelf
Retail sales velocity
Units per store per week at named retailers, read against a matched-control store set. The number the buyer's boss actually tracks.
Cadence: weekly · vs matched control
Impact · Demand
Purchase intent lift
Branded search, site sessions, and category intent signal in exposed markets versus held-out markets.
Cadence: weekly · vs held-out markets
Impact · Launch
First-eight-weeks orders vs plan
Orders and new-customer count against the launch plan, read daily while the launch window is open.
Cadence: daily in window · vs plan
Impact · Market
Category share movement
Share of the defined competitive set, from syndicated retail data. The benchmark that survives a board meeting.
Cadence: monthly · vs competitive set
Impact · Surge
Event-window ROAS
Closed-loop return inside the event window, measured against control geographies so the surge proves itself.
Cadence: per window · vs control geos
Impact · Efficiency
Effective CPM at constant reach
Cost per delivered thousand with reach and response quality held constant, so cheaper never quietly means smaller.
Cadence: weekly · vs prior agency baseline
Every client benchmark rolls up into the weekly Impact read. The Engine scores the benchmark, an operator reads the score, and the account gets one of three calls: invest more, hold, or reallocate. That loop is what turns a benchmark from a report line into a decision.
